The hotel is conveniently located close to all transport links, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-furnished with large shower rooms. The breakfast offers a good selection of options, including cereals, fruits, and hot dishes. there is free internet access in the reception area, perfect for staying connected.
The staff was not informative, providing poor tourist guidance.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Bratislava. The location, although not in the city center, was convenient as it was just next to the tram stop. It made it easy to travel to the city center and explore all the attractions. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially when we had to extend our stay due to flight issues. The rooms were comfortable, with windows on the other side ensuring a peaceful sleep. I also appreciated the inclusion of breakfast, which had a good variety of options to start the day.
Everything was great, no improvements needed.
